You Gather started while we were driving through the Lindis Pass on the way to Arrowtown, Central Otago. We couldn’t help but admire the landscape and chat about hosting an epic event in the mountains or high country.

For us, it makes perfect sense to celebrate special occasions in beautiful locations, but it’s such a shame to have those epic views obstructed once inside a venue or marquee. This was the spark that ignited the dream for You Gather Events.

We provide ten different size options of black frame clear marquees, ranging from 10x5m to 10x50m, along with furniture for weddings, corporate events, and special occasions. Our offerings also include custom-made furniture upon request and onsite event management for large gatherings, with our largest marquee capable of hosting up to 500 people.

We are the proud owners of the Gin Fest Arrowtown and have recently taken over ownership of the iconic Arrowtown Long Table
